**Seattle Samosa Leases Redmond Space for Dedicated Production Facility**
Seattle Samosa, a food company known for its handcrafted Indian snacks and meals, has leased a 9,410-square-foot space at Redmond East, located at 6645 185th Avenue NE in Redmond, Washington.
This location marks the company’s first dedicated production facility, representing a significant milestone in its transformation from a homegrown startup into a growing regional food provider. The lease was facilitated by Kelly Gaddis, Senior Vice President, and Mia Ponce, Senior Associate at Kidder Mathews, who represented Seattle Samosa in the transaction.
Seattle Samosa distributes authentic, ready-to-eat Indian samosas, snacks, and beverages to households, retail partners, and corporate clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. The new facility, owned by Alco Redmond East, LLC, will serve as the company’s central production hub. It is expected to help increase production capacity, support regional and national distribution, and meet rising market demand.
The Redmond facility is scheduled to be fully operational by the fourth quarter of 2025.
