**CBRE Facilitates $26.5M Sale of 100-Unit La Roca Plaza in Santee**

CBRE has announced the successful sale of La Roca Plaza, a 100-unit multifamily property located at 10032 N. Magnolia Avenue in Santee, California. The property sold for $26.5 million and was acquired by Casa La Roca Apartments LLC from La Roca Plaza LP. CBRE’s Conor Brennan and Rachel Parson represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
