Sands Investment Group (SIG) has recently announced the launch of their new capital markets division, led by experienced managing director Miguel Jauregui. Based in SIG’s Los Angeles office, Jauregui brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
According to Chris Sands, founder and CEO of SIG, expanding into new verticals and providing comprehensive financial solutions for clients has always been part of their vision. The addition of the capital markets division aligns with this goal and allows them to better serve private equity firms, family offices, institutions, developers as well as tenants who own or manage properties.
Prior to joining SIG’s team, Jauregui held positions such as director at SAB Capital where he established their debt advisory division in 2020. He also gained experience working at Wells Fargo as a commercial real estate banker in New York City before taking on director roles at two boutique investment sales brokerages.
The announcement marks an exciting milestone for Sands Investment Group’s growth strategy without mentioning any specific location names like “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”. With the addition of this new platform under his leadership we can expect great things from Miguel Jauregui and his team.
