Cardinal Group, a Colorado-based real estate company, has acquired Midtown Stillwater, a student housing community located at 801 W 4th Avenue in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The property consists of 221 units and 823 beds and is conveniently situated near the Student Union at Oklahoma State University.
The transaction was facilitated by Sean Baird and Jonathan Holt from Colliers’ Student Housing Team along with Logan Weaver, Grant Kollman, and Charlie LaBarr from the Kansas office of Colliers. The seller was Real Equity Management.
Constructed in 2017, Midtown Stillwater offers various unit configurations including one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom options. According to Baird: “This deal reflects the current trend towards high-quality assets in Power Five conferences where universities have shown consistent enrollment growth alongside strong rental rate increases.”
