**Sage Investment Completes $42.95M Sale of Luxury Apartments in Warren County, NJ**
Sage Investment Real Estate Advisors has finalized the $42.95 million sale of Woodmont Liberty Apartments, located at 2000 Woodmont Drive in Independence Township, part of Warren County, New Jersey. The firm’s co-founding partners, Steve Tragash and Greg Pine, represented the seller, Woodmont Properties, and secured the buyer—an undisclosed longtime client.
The transaction marks the fourth successful disposition by Sage on behalf of Woodmont Properties. Previous sales include Metropolitan Lofts in Downtown Morristown, a 20-apartment and 106-townhome community in South Amboy, and a 100-unit upscale apartment community in Bridgewater, all located in New Jersey.
