Sagard Real Estate, formerly known as EverWest Real Estate Investors, has acquired a 66,970-square-foot industrial facility located at 8 Roessler Road in Woburn, Massachusetts. While the financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition highlights Sagard’s continued investment focus in strategically located industrial assets.

The property is situated in the Route 128 North submarket, one of Greater Boston’s top-performing industrial zones. According to Sagard, this submarket offers robust regional connectivity via Interstates 95 and 93 and benefits from high barriers to new development — key attributes that support long-term market strength and value.

Originally built in 1980, the facility features several functional elements tailored to modern industrial needs, including 24-foot clear heights, energy-efficient LED lighting, a 150-foot truck court, and rail access. The property is equipped with five loading dock positions, with the ability to accommodate additional loading as demand requires.
