Hrisa Gatzoulis has been named the new Head of Sustainability at Rudin. In this role, she will oversee and lead sustainability and environmental efforts for Rudin’s 14.5 million-square-foot commercial and multifamily portfolio, including new developments and asset repositioning.

With over 20 years of experience in sustainability, Gatzoulis brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. She will focus on key areas such as materiality, resource management, and integrating ESG principles into the company’s culture and processes. “Sustainability has always been a core value for our business,” stated Michael Rudin, Executive Vice President at Rudin. “We recognize our responsibility to be strong stewards of the environment while setting an example for others in our industry.”

Before joining Rudin, Gatzoulis served as Vice President of Energy,Sustainability,and Wellness at JLL where she specialized in reducing energy consumption across various property types by implementing sustainable initiatives.Gatzoulisholds several accreditations including LEED,WELL,and Fitwel.
