Rosendin Electric has acquired a two-story, 100,622-square-foot medical office building at the Allred Park Place office campus in Chandler and plans to convert the property into its new regional headquarters. According to reporting from the Phoenix Business Journal, the company purchased the building for $17.7 million.
Colliers brokered the acquisition on behalf of Rosendin Electric, with Todd Noel and Michael Rosendin providing representation for the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Douglas Allred Company, with Michael Strittmatter acting on the seller’s behalf in the transaction.
Beyond the purchase price, Rosendin is committing approximately $25 million to tenant improvements for the property. The planned build-out will transform the medical office space into a consolidated regional office hub designed to support multiple business functions for the company.
When the renovation is complete, the new headquarters is expected to bring together about 260 employees from various sectors across Rosendin’s Mountain West region. The reconfigured layout will feature a training center, dedicated space for innovation teams, a green room to support marketing efforts and a technology lab intended to enhance the firm’s technical capabilities.
Rosendin currently operates from multiple locations in Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix. As part of the headquarters consolidation, the company plans to move employees from its Tempe and Phoenix offices into the new Chandler facility, while maintaining other existing locations as noted. The move is intended to centralize regional operations under one roof at Allred Park Place.
Construction on the tenant improvement program is scheduled to begin shortly. The company has indicated that the new Chandler headquarters is targeted to open in the first quarter of 2027, following completion of the renovation and fit-out work.
