**Rockefeller Group Sells East Bay Trade Center in Baytown**
Rockefeller Group and Falcon Commercial Development have sold the East Bay Trade Center, a 557,334-square-foot industrial property located at 19454 Needlepoint Road in Baytown, Texas. Gulf Coast Crating Inc., a Houston-based export packing company, acquired the site and took occupancy of the entire development upon closing in 2025.
The sale was brokered by Robert McGee, Taylor Schmidt, and Austin Bartula of Colliers, who represented the sellers. Patrick McKeirnan of First Houston Properties represented the buyer, Gulf Coast Crating Inc.
The East Bay Trade Center comprises two warehouse buildings measuring 307,595 square feet and 249,744 square feet, respectively. The development was designed by Munson & Associates, with FCL Builders serving as the general contractor.
Though widely recognized for its iconic tower in New York City, Rockefeller Group has diversified its portfolio in recent years. The company has expanded into residential development in Arizona and currently has two industrial projects underway in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Additionally, Rockefeller Group is developing a 298-unit multifamily project in Katy, Texas.
