Rockefeller Group Breaks Ground on Northsound Logistics Center in Arlington, WA
New York-based Rockefeller Group has officially broken ground on Northsound Logistics Center, a 186,873-square-foot industrial building located at 16512 51st Ave. NE in Arlington, Washington.
The development is situated within close proximity to major logistics infrastructure, including an Amazon fulfillment center and the Arlington Municipal Airport. Rockefeller Group acquired the site in an off-market transaction that was closed in just two weeks this past August. The purchase price was not disclosed. Matt Hagen of Kidder Mathews represented the seller, Watanabe LLC, and will serve as the leasing broker for the project.
Slated for completion in 2026, Northsound Logistics Center was designed by HPA Architects. Barghausen Consulting Engineers is serving as both civil engineer and landscape architect, while Pennon Construction acts as the general contractor.
Rockefeller Group has been active on the West Coast for the past two decades, beginning with developments in Southern California’s Inland Empire. The firm cited the Pacific Northwest’s significant regional growth as a key factor in expanding their footprint into the area’s industrial market.
