**Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences Coming to Houston**
The Ritz-Carlton is set to make its debut in Houston with the development of a new luxury hotel and residential tower. In a partnership with Marriott, developers Deiso Moss and Cleary Interests are bringing the project to life at 2120 Post Oak Boulevard. The 44-story tower will be located near the Galleria and the River Oaks District, two of Houston’s premier shopping and lifestyle destinations.
This new development marks the Ritz-Carlton brand’s first combined hotel and residential property within Houston’s urban core. The project will feature 154 guest rooms and 114 condominium residences. The residences will offer spacious floor plans starting at 2,200 square feet and will include nearly 27,000 square feet of private amenities exclusively for owners. These amenities include a private motor court, lobby, dedicated elevators, and sweeping panoramic views of the Uptown Houston skyline.
In addition to the private amenities reserved for condo residents, both hotel guests and condo owners will enjoy shared access to 50,000 square feet of luxury facilities and services. Harvey Cleary has been named the general contractor for the project.
Meanwhile, construction is also progressing on a separate standalone Ritz-Carlton condominium development just outside of Houston in The Woodlands, further expanding the brand’s footprint in the region.
