**Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments Expanding in Denver with Three New Developments**

Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments are actively expanding their presence in Denver with multiple apartment projects in the city’s Berkeley neighborhood, Golden Triangle, and Bonnie Brae region. Construction on the Bonnie Brae development is set to begin in April.

Branded under the name “Akin,” the properties range in size from 46 to 100 units. According to the *Denver Business Journal*, the collective construction cost for these three projects is approximately $112.4 million.

### Golden Triangle Development
The Golden Triangle project, located at 955 Bannock St., will be an 11-story building featuring 97 units. The apartments will range from 720-square-foot studios to 1,282-square-foot two-bedroom and two-bathroom units. Designed by OZ Architecture, the building’s construction is being managed by Pinkard Construction.

### Berkeley Neighborhood Development
At 4560 Tennyson St. in the Berkeley neighborhood, Revesco and Alpine are developing a three-story Akin property with 84 units. The building will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options. Santulan Architecture is responsible for the design, with Pinkard Construction handling construction.

### Bonnie Brae Development
The Bonnie Brae project, located at 740 S. University Blvd., will be a three-story building offering 46 residential units. Additionally, the development will incorporate approximately 9,000 square feet of retail space.

With these strategic developments, Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments continue to expand their footprint in the Denver rental market.
