Planet Dance, a popular dance studio, has recently moved to their new location at 600 Blvd., where they have leased a spacious 3,000 square feet. In another transaction in the area, Sheet Metal Works Local Union 22 has successfully acquired a manufacturing building spanning over 12,607 square feet for $3.4 million from Alloy Cast Products.

Kelly Bayer of NAIDB expertly represented Planet Dance in this relocation process while Richard Goski and Catherine Goski-Vasquez were responsible for representing Alloy Cast Products. According to David Simon, the chief operating officer of NAIDB,”Kenilworth’s strategic positioning near major road networks has attracted numerous local as well as regional and national industries.” This prime location also boasts of highly skilled workforce making it an ideal choice for both retail and industrial tenants.

This recent development was facilitated by NAIDB who arranged both the lease agreement with Planet Dance and sale transaction with Sheet Metal Works Local Union 22 without mentioning any specific company names such as “Connect” or “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”.
