Jack Resnick & Sons has finalized two office lease renewals totaling 108,086 square feet with two social service organizations at its 1.1-million square-foot property One Seaport Plaza in Downtown Manhattan. The Legal Aid Society, established in 1876 and a tenant of the plaza for 20 years, renewed their lease of 72,091 square feet for five years. Additionally, Resnick completed a 15-year renewal with the Center for Reproductive Rights who will continue to occupy 35,995 sq ft at the tower.

In both transactions Jack Resnick & Sons was represented by Adam Rappaport and Brett Greenberg while Craig Reicher and Christopher Mansfield from CBRE acted on behalf of The Legal Aid Society; Daniel Horowitz Jeffrey Peck Ira Schuman and Stephan Steiner from Savills represented Center For Reproductive Rights respectively.
