Amish Market, a high-end grocery store located in Hell’s Kitchen, has recently renewed its lease for the next five years at 731 Ninth Avenue. This prime retail space spans over 15,000 square feet and is situated between West 49th and West 50th streets.
Having been a staple in the neighborhood for more than two decades, Amish Market remains committed to serving the local community through this renewal. The store occupies the ground floor of a four-story walk-up building with residential units above.
The landlord of this property, Aetna Realty, was represented by Meridian brokers James Famularo and Evan Roteman who successfully negotiated the deal. On behalf of Amish Market, Famularo acted as their representative during these negotiations.
This news marks another successful transaction for Amish Market as they continue to thrive in Midtown Manhattan without any plans to slow down anytime soon.
