Related California has officially unveiled 700 Broadway, a new residential development located on the former site of a long-standing Vons supermarket in Santa Monica. The eight-story building introduces 196 rental residences, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, complemented by a comprehensive amenity package and a nearly three-quarter-acre private park.
The project offers a diverse mix of affordable, market-rate, and luxury rental options. In addition to the housing, the development includes a new 60,000-square-foot Vons supermarket that replaces the previous store, as well as a 34,000-square-foot Equinox Fitness Club.
