The property was sold by Blue Vista Capital Management and Southwestern Property Corp and features approximately 69,000 net rentable square feet with five stories and over 760 interior climate-controlled units.

Located on W. McNab Road with strong visibility among primarily residential homes and apartments, this strategic location presents significant growth potential for SSGT III’s acquisition strategy. With over 3,000 housing starts planned within a three-mile radius and a robust seasonal population in the area, this is an ideal location for SSGT III to expand its portfolio.

The purchase price for this self-storage facility was $19.5 million as reported by Connect CRE.
