The newly opened Guinness Open Gate Brewery in the West Loop is now on the market, just weeks after its grand opening. Real estate developer Fred Latsko has listed the 15,000-square-foot property at 901 W. Kinzie Street and has hired JLL to handle marketing for potential buyers.

According to a report by the Chicago Tribune, even if ownership of the building changes hands, both the brewery and bakery will continue operations. The highly anticipated establishment offers a variety of over a dozen beers including Irish specialties and locally brewed drafts as well as a full restaurant, taproom, and bakery.

A spokesperson for Guinness Open Brewery Chicago stated that while they are selling their property landlord remains committed to maintaining business operations in this location. They also expressed excitement about their strong opening two weeks ago and their dedication to serving both customers from within West Loop community.

Guinness along with Latsko and JLL are promoting this unique opportunity for private ownership of one-of-a-kind brewery located in Fulton Market area without mentioning “Connect” or “Connect CRE” or “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”.
