Dalian Development successfully assembled nine downtown Raleigh lots to make their project a reality. The site currently consists of single-story office and retail spaces, but with the combined 1.12 acres, Dalian plans to construct a 40-story building that will include apartments, offices, and retail space.
The Raleigh City Council has approved the project with one condition – Dalian must make an affordability contribution in order to move forward.
