Dalian Development successfully assembled nine downtown Raleigh lots to facilitate the construction of a 40-story mixed-use tower. The project received approval from the Raleigh City Council, with a condition that Dalian make an affordability contribution. The combined 1.12 acres will accommodate apartments, offices, and retail spaces on-site.
According to reports from Triangle Business Journal, the new zoning permits up to 808 residential units along with 23,776 square feet of retail space and 739,778 square feet of office space in this development. This marks another milestone for Dalian as they continue their expertly planned expansion into urban areas across North Carolina’s capital city.
