**R/GA Relocates Global Headquarters from Brooklyn to Manhattan**
GDS Development Management and Corem have announced that creative innovation agency R/GA has signed a lease for the full fourth floor of 1245 Broadway, totaling 15,315 square feet. The agency will be relocating its global headquarters from Dock 72 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to Midtown South in Manhattan.
This move follows R/GA’s transition to private ownership in the spring of 2023, ending a 23-year affiliation with Interpublic Group (IPG). The shift was made possible through a new partnership between R/GA’s global management team and private equity firm Truelink Capital.
The lease agreement at 1245 Broadway spans five years, according to the New York Business Journal. Colliers representatives Jack Senke and Sheena Gohil negotiated the lease on behalf of R/GA, while Neil King, Meghan Allen, James Ackerson and Paul Amrich of CBRE represented developers GDSNY.
