The upcoming Caption by Hyatt hotel in Nashville’s Gulch area is finally making strides towards completion. A construction shell permit was recently issued for the 210-room property, which will be the brand’s second location after Caption by Hyatt Beale Street Memphis opened in 2022.
Spanning over 175,000 square feet, this new hotel will feature four levels of underground parking and a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy. The property will also house Talk Shop, a popular food and beverage concept from the existing Caption by Hyatt location in Memphis. This includes breakfast options as well as an impressive selection of beers, cocktails and wines.
Co-owned by HRI Hospitality , C.B. Ragland, and Peachtree Hotel Group with financing provided by Truist Financial Corporation and its syndication partner Commerce Bank; this project is set to bring even more excitement to Nashville’s booming hospitality scene without mentioning any specific brands or companies involved.
