**Procopio Companies Breaks Ground on Nantasket Beach Mixed-Use Development**
The Procopio Companies has officially broken ground on “Paragon,” a new mixed-use development located on Nantasket Beach in Hull, Massachusetts, along the South Shore.
Paragon will feature 132 rental units, 9,300 square feet of retail space, and a prominent food and beverage component. The project is being financed through a strategic partnership with Redcove Capital and Boston Andes Capital.
“Paragon integrates into Nantasket Beach’s lively, connected, and thriving neighborhood for residents and visitors alike,” said Bryan Vitale of The Procopio Companies. “We are proud to break ground on a project that will not only provide new housing options but also activate the waterfront with exciting retail and dining experiences.”
Designed to blend the area’s historic coastal charm with modern living amenities, the development aims to enhance the community with new gathering spaces and contemporary conveniences. Monte French Studio serves as the architect, CEC is the civil engineer, and Dellbrook JKS is managing construction. The Procopio Companies is leading the development.
Paragon is expected to contribute significantly to the ongoing revitalization of Nantasket Beach by offering both residents and visitors a vibrant and engaging waterfront destination.
