**Procopio Companies Breaks Ground on Paragon Mixed-Use Development at Nantasket Beach**
The Procopio Companies has officially broken ground on Paragon, a new mixed-use development located on Nantasket Beach in Hull, Massachusetts. Situated along the scenic South Shore, the project will feature 132 rental units, 9,300 square feet of retail space, and an expansive food and beverage offering designed to enhance the beachfront area.
Financing for the development was secured in collaboration with Redcove Capital and Boston Andes Capital, enabling the launch of this dynamic new community hub.
“Paragon integrates into Nantasket Beach’s lively, connected, and thriving neighborhood for residents and visitors alike,” said Bryan Vitale of The Procopio Companies. “We are proud to break ground on a project that will not only provide new housing options but also activate the waterfront with exciting retail and dining experiences.”
The project aims to honor Nantasket Beach’s historic charm as a beloved coastal destination while introducing modern amenities and public gathering spaces to serve both locals and tourists. Monte French Studio is serving as the project architect, with CEC as the civil engineer. Dellbrook JKS is managing construction for the development.
Paragon represents a significant step in revitalizing the area and promoting year-round vibrancy on the South Shore.
