PREMIER Design + Build Group has officially begun construction on a new cold storage warehouse facility in Hauppauge, NY. This project is being developed for Stonemont Financial, a privately owned real estate investment and development firm, and will serve as the national headquarters for tenant GlacierPoint Enterprises. The 34,000-square-foot cold storage warehouse will be accompanied by a nearly 9,000-square-foot office space and loading dock.

This marks PREMIER’s first cold storage project on Long Island. Project manager John Poje expressed confidence in their ability to deliver this specialized facility in the competitive New York market. With previous experience constructing similar facilities across the country and completing numerous projects in New York and New Jersey, PREMIER is well-equipped to handle this complex undertaking.

The anticipated completion date for this project is November 2025.
