Polish developer Cavatina has announced its first Seattle project, a 13-story, 173,000-square-foot multifamily building located at 2729 Second Avenue in the Belltown neighborhood. The plans include 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail and one level of below grade parking. To construct the modular apartment building from prefabricated components manufactured in Poland is Chicago based firm Epstein as project architect and Cushman & Wakefield advising Cavatina Group.
