MIG Real Estate Acquires Phoenix Infill Industrial Property for $46.7M

MIG Real Estate has acquired the Seventy5 Business Park in Phoenix for $46.7 million. The infill industrial complex comprises four modern buildings totaling 222,394 square feet and is located at 7150 West Roosevelt Street. Situated on 14.4 acres, the property offers excellent visibility from Interstate 10 and is currently 95% leased to a diverse mix of 33 tenants.

The seller, Baron Properties – a Denver-based real estate firm specializing in the investment, development, and management of industrial and multifamily assets – was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield’s Mountain West Capital Markets Industrial team. The team included Will Strong, Phil Haenel, Foster Bundy, Molly Hunt, Michael Matchett, Jack Stamets, and Madeline Warren.

“Seventy5 Business Park features four modern industrial buildings tailored for logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing,” noted Foster Bundy. “With strong tenancy, high occupancy, and reliable cash flow, the project presented a rare opportunity to invest in a top-tier small-bay industrial complex in a prime infill location.”
