Central Park, located at the intersection of Central and Indian School Road in Phoenix, is a highly anticipated development that will encompass a 21-story residential tower, an 18-story office tower, a market/grocer space with an adjacent restaurant, a senior independent living community with 320 units and two luxury multifamily towers spanning eight stories each. The project will also feature nearly 78,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and offer a total of 1,450 residences.

The Pivotal Group is set to present their final proposal to the Phoenix Planning Commission next week for approval. This prime location in the heart of town spans over 74 acres and has been designed by California-based architecture firm AO Architects. The development will be completed in multiple phases.

Pending approval from the planning commission, the project would then move on to receive final approval from Phoenix City Council which is expected to take place in January.
