**Phillips Collective Debuts $200M Seventeen Hundred Rental Community in Charlotte**
The Seventeen Hundred on East has officially opened at 1755 Lombardy Circle in Charlotte, with developer Phillips Collective projecting development costs to approach $200 million.
The luxury community features 295 residences, thoughtfully designed across 57 unique floor plans to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and preferences.
Seventeen Hundred offers an expansive lineup of indoor and outdoor amenities. Highlights include an edgeless rooftop pool outfitted with cabanas and daybeds, rooftop outdoor kitchens, private dining areas with panoramic skyline views, firepit lounges, a sky lounge, zen garden, and a skybridge linking shared common areas.
