PGIM Real Estate has provided $132 million in floating-rate financing through its core investment strategy to The Abbey Group for the refinancing of The Viridian, a premier 342-unit Class A multifamily high-rise located at 1282 Boylston Street in Boston’s vibrant Fenway neighborhood. The financing was arranged by Amy Lousararian, managing director at JLL Capital Markets.

Originally delivered in early 2015, The Viridian offers residents proximity to top medical centers and a rich mix of dining, shopping, arts, and entertainment options. The building also features onsite retail and convenient access to multiple transit systems, including the MBTA, Masco Shuttle, and Blue Bikes.
