The building located on 16.9 acres at 21500 Harvill Rd in Perris traded for $11,250,000 to MDH Partners. Eastdil Secured represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction which set a record for warehouse distribution buildings in the Inland Empire East market with an impressive sale price of $337 per square foot.
