Performance Brokerage Services Facilitates Sale of Six Ohio Dealerships to Ken Ganley Automotive Group
Performance Brokerage Services has announced the successful sale of Sarchione Auto Group, comprising six dealerships in Ohio, to Ken Ganley Automotive Group.
The transaction includes the following dealerships:
– Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Dalton
– Sarchione Ford Lincoln of Alliance
– Sarchione Ford of Randolph
– Sarchione Chevrolet of Randolph
– Sarchione Chevrolet of Garrettsville
– Sarchione Auto Gallery in North Canton
The Sarchione Auto Group has been a family-owned and operated business since its founding in 1917. With five new-car dealerships and one pre-owned dealership, the group represents major brands including Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ford, and Lincoln.
Over the last five years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of nearly 400 dealerships. This transaction was led by Mark Shackelford Sr. and Mark Shackelford Jr. from the Midwest Office East, along with Gershon Rosenzweig, Matt Wilkins, and Jacob Stoehr from the Northeast Office. The team served as exclusive sell-side advisors throughout the deal.
Ken Ganley Automotive Group, the buyer, has a longstanding presence in Ohio’s automotive market. Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Broadview Heights, Ohio, the company currently operates more than 50 dealership locations across Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Florida.
