**Peak Construction Awarded Tenant Improvement Project in Richfield, Ohio**
Peak Construction Corporation has been selected to lead a tenant improvement project in Richfield, Ohio.
The project, known as the Headwaters Tenant Improvement, is located at 2636 Brecksville Road. It will feature a 13,500-square-foot office remodel within a 34,396-square-foot industrial outdoor storage building situated on 11 acres of land. The scope of work includes the addition of remote restroom facilities, exterior enhancements such as paving, and installation of fencing around the yard. The facility also includes 22 drive-in doors measuring 14’x12’.
Peak is collaborating with Cleveland-based Meld Architects on the project, which is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
Headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, Peak Construction Corporation was also previously awarded the White Oak Warehouse project by DarwinPW Realty in Aurora, Illinois. That speculative industrial facility spans 52,925 square feet and features 32-foot clear heights, 10 docks, two drive-in doors, 31 trailer stalls, and 63 parking spaces.
