R.W. Holmes has successfully arranged an 18,045-square-foot office lease for ConnectPay, a provider of online payroll solutions, at 15 Hampshire Street in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Specific terms of the lease were not disclosed.
ConnectPay was represented in the transaction by Elizabeth Holmes, Director of Corporate Services, and Dean Blackey, Managing Director at R.W. Holmes. The sublessor, Medtronic, was represented by Steve Woodworth and Mitch Kumin of Savills.
