Partners Capital held onto Round Rock’s Triangle Center for four years before recently selling the 58,000 square foot shopping center to Catalyst Real Estate. During their ownership of the property at 2000 N Mays Street, Partners oversaw the development of a Starbucks pad and raised occupancy from 40% to 95%. Other tenants include NAPA Auto Parts and Sherwin Williams.

Cathy Nabours and Kyle Shaffer with SRS represented Partners Capital in this transaction.
The sale follows closely on the heels of launching Opportunity Fund V, which seeks to raise at least $150 million in equity for acquiring high-quality industrial, retail, and office assets across Texas & southeastern US markets.

It has been an eventful year for Partners Capital who have also sold Blanco Crossing (a 22606 sq ft retail center) in San Antonio as well as acquired Mitchelldale Business Park (a 12 building 377752 sq ft industrial flex portfolio). This is their largest acquisition yet!
