Transwestern Development Company (TDC) recently broke ground on a 98,850-square-foot industrial facility in the Fairway Business Park of Palmdale, California. Located on two parcels totaling just under five acres along Legacy Lane, this marks TDC’s first project in the north Los Angeles county city.
John Privett, Partner at TDC expressed his enthusiasm for working with Palmdale and its development team to bring this project to fruition: “The city’s streamlined process, strong labor pool and abundant surrounding amenities make Palmdale an attractive location for investment.” Nick Borzi (Development Manager), Scott Heaviside (Senior Development Manager) and Tim Stuchly (SVP of Construction) oversaw the development while Craig Peters and Richard Ramirez from CBRE are responsible for leasing out the property.
