The Boot Ranch Apartments, a 432-unit complex located in Palm Harbor, has recently been sold for $89 million. The property at 1350 Seagate Drive was purchased by Miami-based Eagle Property Capital (EPC) from Chicago-based Providence Real Estate. Berkadia facilitated the acquisition with a loan of approximately $66.45 million.

Originally acquired in partnership with a Fortune 500 company, known for its global risk management solutions, the complex spans over 424,183 square feet and sits on a spacious 30-acre lot. It features seventeen apartment buildings and one-story clubhouse/leasing center that were built in 1996.

Since acquiring the site in 2019, Providence has invested heavily into extensive exterior and interior renovations to enhance the overall appeal of the property.

Offering one- to four-bedroom units, Boot Ranch Apartments boasts various amenities such as a pool area, round-the-clock fitness center access,a dog park facility,and laundry services along with tennis and basketball courts within its premises.
