E&N Highpoint LLC has recently acquired a 6,171-square-foot flex/R&D building in Irvine for $3.21 million. The international apparel company plans to use the space as their U.S. corporate headquarters, research & development center, and design facility.

According to JLL VP Xavier Nolasco, who represented the seller Ateck Holding LLC in the transaction, there is a growing interest among owner-users for flex buildings in Orange County. He also stated that 16150 Scientific Way was an ideal choice for the buyer as it allows them to own and occupy their real estate.
