A Winter Park mixed-use project, known as The Plaza at Hannibal Square, has recently been sold for $20.6 million. Demetree Real Estate Services in Winter Park was responsible for the sale of this property to an entity related to Orlando-based Owens Realty Services.
The Plaza at Hannibal Square consists of two buildings – a four-story building with 14 apartments and retail space, and a three-story building with office and retail uses. These properties were built in 2009 and 2007 respectively.
In addition to the buildings, there is also a seven-level parking garage connected by a pedestrian bridge located on Pennsylvania Avenue. This property last changed hands in September 2014 when it was sold for $15 million.
