The vision for Heritage Park is that it will become a bustling mixed-use district where people can live,eat,dine,and work all within walking distance from each other.The addition of residential properties,hospitality options,and entertainment venues further adds to the appeal of this development.
With job creation estimated at around250 positions,the first phase alone stands poised to bring significant economic benefits.Additionally,it’s projected that ad-valorem value worth $70 million will be generated through this venture.
