CREC Real Estate has recently appointed Michele Chadwell as their new Vice President of Human Resources. With over 17 years of experience in HR leadership, Chadwell will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts at CREC and its affiliate property management company, Fourth Street Residential. This strategic move is part of CREC’s ongoing expansion plans.

According to Aaron Dixon, the president at CREC, the firm has seen a significant increase in headcount over the past year and this investment into their human resources department will help them attract top talent while also focusing on employee retention and professional development. Dixon further added that they are thrilled to have Michele join their team in this crucial role.

Chadwell brings a wealth of experience to her new position having previously served as Director of HR at Scioto Country Club where she oversaw recruiting, payroll management and benefits administration for more than 350 employees. She holds an associate degree in financial management from Columbus State Community College along with a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Franklin University.
