**NRP Group Plans 336-Unit Affordable Housing Community in Casa Grande**

The NRP Group is moving forward with plans to develop a 336-unit affordable multifamily residential community at 1400 N. Promenade Parkway in Casa Grande, Arizona. The proposed development will be financed through the 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Final approvals from local government agencies are anticipated in the near future.

According to recent reports, the development site, currently farmland owned by Walton Global Holdings, is part of a larger 591-acre master-planned community. Positioned adjacent to the upcoming Promenade Village Build-to-Rent residential project, the site is also situated just north of the Promenade Shopping Center.

The new community, to be known as Casa Grande Apartment Homes, will feature 12 three-story residential buildings and a 9,500-square-foot clubhouse. Planned clubhouse amenities include a resident lounge, business center, fitness facility, and community room. Additionally, residents will have access to a dog park, swimming pool, barbecue area, soccer field, and volleyball court.

The NRP Group is leading the development efforts, with architectural design services provided by Biltform Architecture.
