Northmarq Closes Sale of Terre at Creekside in Santee
Northmarq’s San Diego Multifamily Investment Sales team has completed the sale of Terre at Creekside, a 62-unit, value-add, garden-style multifamily property located at 9349-9360 Creekside Court in Santee, California. Though the sale price was not disclosed, the property was reported to be 97% occupied at the time of the transaction.
The deal was brokered by Tyler Sinks, Ed Rosen, and John Chu of Northmarq. The seller was Delaware-based 9349-9360 Creekside (CA) LP, while the buyer was San Diego-based Carv Properties, LLC.
Originally constructed in 1987, Terre at Creekside features two-bedroom units and offers convenient access to Highway 67, providing strong connectivity to the greater San Diego region. The property is situated approximately 21 miles from downtown San Diego.
