**Northmarq Finalizes $73.75 Million Sale of Chula Vista Apartment Community**
Northmarq’s San Diego office has successfully completed the $73.75 million sale of Canyon Villa, a 183-unit garden-style apartment community located at 601 Telegraph Canyon Road in Chula Vista, California. The buyer and seller involved in the transaction remain undisclosed. Senior Vice President Benn Fogelsang represented both parties in the deal.
Canyon Villa offers a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes conveniently situated near National City and downtown Chula Vista. The community provides easy access to major thoroughfares, including Interstate 805 and Highway 205.
