**NewQuest Breaks Ground on $250M Kyle Mixed-Use Development**
NewQuest has officially begun work on Kyle Park, a major 101-acre mixed-use development located on the east side of Kyle, Texas. The project is expected to bring approximately 450,000 square feet of commercial space to the area, featuring over 20 confirmed tenants.
Among the notable retailers and businesses set to occupy space in Kyle Park are:
– Dick’s Sporting Goods
– Barnes & Noble
– HomeGoods
– Chili’s
– BJ’s Brewhouse
– Dave’s Hot Chicken
– EōS Fitness
– Pacific Dental
– Mister Car Wash
In addition to its commercial offerings, Kyle Park will include over 400 multifamily apartment units. The development will also feature public green spaces intended for community events, outdoor dining, and recreational activities.
With a total projected investment of $250 million, the city of Kyle has cited Kyle Park as the largest private investment in its history. The project received approval from the City Council in December 2023.
