Best Choice Products (BCP), a leading e-commerce company specializing in consumer products, has recently secured a lease for 53,478 square feet of office space at 100 Bayview in Newport Beach. The Class-A building is LEED Gold- and Fitwel-certified and will serve as the company’s new headquarters. With plans to fill 100 additional positions, BCP will bring approximately 120 employees to the first floor of the building when they relocate from their current location on Red Hill Ave. in Tustin during the second quarter of 2024.
JLL representatives Scott Wetzel and Jeff Ingham assisted BCP with their lease negotiations while CBRE representatives Justin Hill and Dean Chandler represented landlord Granite Properties.
“We are thrilled to welcome Best Choice Products and their team to our premier office space at 100 Bayview,” stated Jason Purvis, senior managing director at Granite Properties. “Our goal is to provide them with an inspiring work environment that promotes collaboration through its indoor-outdoor design.”
Purvis also noted that leasing activity has been strong this year at this location with over 90,000 square feet already leased out.
