Newmark Group has expanded its team in Boston with the addition of five highly skilled retail real estate experts. Led by executive managing director Matt Curtin and senior managing director Greg Covey, this new Urban Retail Group will specialize in tenant and landlord representation for the Greater Boston area. The team brings a wealth of experience, with a combined 70 years of brokerage experience and 14 years of in-house landlord/developer and retailer expertise.
The group’s members – Nicole Nielsen, Alden Bush, and Ela Hazar – have an impressive track record having completed over 100 retail transactions in the Boston market. They currently represent more than sixty clients including national and regional brands focused on shopping, dining, and wellness.
