**Dune Real Estate Partners LP**
New York-based real estate investment firm Dune Real Estate Partners has announced three promotions:

**Cushman & Wakefield**
Andy Jansen has joined Cushman & Wakefield as President of Project & Development Services (PDS). He will lead the strategic vision and growth of the PDS business across the Americas. Jansen previously served at NEO4J, a graph intelligence platform.

**Arrow Real Estate Advisors**
Arrow Real Estate Advisors welcomed Michael Tsyngauz as a director. In his role, he will focus on business development and arranging debt and equity financing. Tsyngauz has closed more than $150 million in commercial real estate financing, including multifamily, mixed-use, and development assets.

Ferguson Partners has added Allison Reid as Managing Director and Global Head of Hospitality and Leisure. Based in New York, Reid will helm the firm’s Board and C-Suite executive search practice and talent advisory services in hospitality, gaming, cruise lines, and related sectors.

**Cole Schotz P.C.**
The law firm announced the promotion of five attorneys to members in its Florida, New Jersey, and New York offices: Matthew Barish, Drew Barone, Brandon Fierro, Patrick Parrish, and Jeffery Sauer. Additionally, Andreas Milliaressis has been named special counsel.

**Secure Properties**
Kris Sanderson has been appointed Managing Director and Principal at Secure Properties. She will lead acquisition efforts as the firm scales its portfolio. Architectural firm Spectorgroup has been selected to design the new 41,248-square-foot Manhattan office for global law firm Dorsey & Whitney at 1301 Avenue of the Americas. The project will consolidate the firm’s New York presence into a single space designed for connectivity, flexibility, and hospitality-oriented experiences.
