Aceroteca Metals, LLC has broken ground on a new 59,000 square foot metal service center located on a 23-acre site in Seguin, Texas. The project will represent a total capital investment of at least $10 million and is expected to create 20 full-time jobs upon completion. This facility will specialize in steel coils cutting and slitting them into steel sheets for downstream processing with construction slated to be completed by spring 2024. Aceroteca focuses primarily on flat steel products for automotive, heavy industry, commercial HVAC white line metal mechanical and construction applications.

Last year Seguin welcomed Maruichi Stainless Tube Texas Corporation who announced the building of their 125,000 square foot manufacturing facility representing an estimated total capital investment of $75 million resulting in 106 new job opportunities over two years ramp up period.
