Luxury clothing brand Saint Laurent has secured a 15-year lease for a flagship store in the prestigious Meatpacking District. The prime location, situated at 70-74 Gansevoort Street, will span across three floors and cover an impressive 13,000 square feet of space. Aurora Capital Associates and William Gottlieb Real Estate facilitated the deal.
The highly anticipated store is set to open its doors in either the second or third quarter of 2024. This will mark one of creative director Anthony Vaccarello’s first designs for Saint Laurent stores.
Aurora’s Jared Epstein and Jake Bank expertly handled negotiations while Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike O’Neill, Jason Greenstone, and Taylor Reynolds represented Saint Laurent. With other luxury fashion brands like Hermès, Brunello Cucinelli Loro Piana,and Gucci already established in the area,the Meatpacking District has become a sought-after shopping destination for high-end fashion enthusiasts.
